Contemporary French cooking inspired by the seasons along the Connecticut coast. Union League Café is the realization of the dream of our chef-owner Jean Pierre Vuillermet to create a restaurant that reflects the fine cuisine of France with his unique cooking personality. Since 1993 our desire has been to capture the conviviality and old world charm of a Parisian brasserie combined with a refined seasonal cuisine. Using the freshest local and organic product, our menu blends the best of French classical tradition with a more contemporary approach to flavors, textures and native fresh ingredients. We designed Union League Café with lively, unpressured atmosphere in which to relax and enjoy good food and wine.
